All you have to do when you first start KeyPad is plug in your flash drive while you are still in the startup wizard, before you create a user name.
If you didn't configure a USB drive to work with KeyPad, then you can re-load your existing data by clicking on the advanced button in the user name screen of the startup wizard. Click on the folder icon next to the directory that appears.

Then you will see a dialog box allowing you to find your password list file (PWL file) which is typically stored in your "My Documents" folder. double-click on that file and off you go.
If you have already created a new user name, but didn't use a USB drive and want to re-load older data, you can click the "Create New User" button on the login dialog box when you first start KeyPad, and then use the procedure above.
If you have already created a new user name, but you have a USB drive previously configured, then when you plug in your USB drive, then it will automatically log you out of the new user and load the existing user on the USB drive and prompt you to log in. If you log in at that point, you will be in "Dual" authentication mode, where the USB flash drive must be connected. Click on the "Authentication: Dual" button on the main user interface to switch to "Single" authentication mode where you do not have to have the USB drive connected.
