If KeyPad is not entering your username and password to web pages consistently, there are a few reasons why this might be:
- The KeyPad Internet Explorer toolbar is not showing.
- This can be resolved typically by clicking on the View menu in Internet Explorer and then making sure that the KeyPad Toolbar is checked, like this:

- If the KeyPad Toolbar item is not listed there, then please check Tools->"Manage Add-ons" and make sure that the KeyPad Toolbar is enabled, then you should be able to show it in the menu.
- The KeyPad Toolbar is not configured to fill web pages. To correct this, please make sure that the toolbar is configured to Auto Enter your login information by clicking on the menu drop-down and making sure that "Auto Enter" is checked. Like this:

- Not all web pages can be filled. You may notice that certain web pages cannot be filled in automatically. In these cases, it is recommended to use other methods of filling the web page. You can use the right-click menu on the account list, the right-click menu on the system tray and copy/paste to get your account information onto the web form. Please take a look at this article for more information on using the right-click menus to enter your username and password.

Not even up-to-date nor does it fix the problem The KeyPad will not even consistently fill in my GMAIL login and password. Sometimes it fills in nothing, sometimes everything, and sometimes just the password. If I configure the settings to auto-fill username and password, but not "Enter", it still clicks "Enter". The inconsistency of this makes the program more of a hassle. |
